No, we don't have any physical stores under our brand name.
Shipping
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped a second email containing a link to track your order will be sent.
You can also track the status of your order in your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Orders to be delivered in the US take 1-2 business days for processing + 5-7 business days for shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 5-10 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
* Orders placed outside of the US typically arrive within 7-10 business days +1-2 business days for processing, please allow up to 30 days for delivery depending on the customs within your country. We have no control over customs and can not guarantee the delivery date. In addition, we are not responsible for any duty/import taxes/customs charges you may incur. Tom Bachik ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
*Orders shipped through FedEx, UPS, and DHL cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Our order processing is 1-2 business days + shipping time. Before reaching out, we encourage you to check around your property as shipping carriers may leave your package in a secure location. Please contact your local post office, they will be able to better assist you. Once a package has left our facility it is the carrier’s responsibility. Tom Bachik is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you would like to modify an order, please reach out to our support team. Orders can not be changed once they have been processed.
To make any changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via 'contact us' form.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes! You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Purchased from the TomBachik.com online store.
- Unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (#order number)
Please follow the steps below to make a return for your TomBachik.com purchase.
- Repack the merchandise in secure packaging and enclose the invoice/receipt in the package.
- Ship the package with an insured and traceable delivery method of your choice to the following address.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit pending your card issuer's policies.
