Your luxe mani is just a few clicks away. Follow these steps to nail your look with Click Colors Gel Pens!

1. Clean the surface of the nail with a Nail Prep Pad to remove any oils and debris.

2. Remove the cap and rotate the Gel Pen about 10 to 20 times.

3. Click the pen to release a small amount of gel, then brush a thin layer onto the nail.

4. Cure under your Tom Bachik Portable Nail Lamp for 60-120 seconds, or another LED/UV nail lamp: LED for 30 seconds or UV for 60 seconds. Add 1-2 more thin layers of color, curing after each for 60-120 seconds until you get the desired look.

5. When finished, wipe off any remaining gel from the brush, close the cap tightly, and store your pen in a cool, dark, dry spot.

1. Soak nails in warm/hot water (104-113 degrees F) for 2-5 minutes. Always test the water with the back of your hand first to ensure it’s comfortable. (Note: If you have sensitive skin or medical conditions, you may require a lower temperature.)

2. Peel the color off the nail gently, starting at the cuticle and pulling toward the free edge. Work slowly, otherwise the gel can come off in strips.


Troubleshooting Tips:
-If you have difficulty peeling off the gel, use an orange wood stick to help push the gel up off the nail at the cuticle to get the peeling started.
-If you use an additional base or top gel in your Click Colors manicure, follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Shipping

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped a second email containing a link to track your order will be sent. 

You can also track the status of your order in your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Orders to be delivered in the US take 1-2 business days for processing + 5-7 business days for shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 5-10 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

* Orders placed outside of the US typically arrive within 7-10 business days +1-2 business days for processing, please allow up to 30 days for delivery depending on the customs within your country. We have no control over customs and can not guarantee the delivery date.  In addition, we are not responsible for any duty/import taxes/customs charges you may incur. Tom Bachik ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

*Orders shipped through FedEx, UPS, and DHL cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Our order processing is 1-2 business days + shipping time. Typically shipments for orders placed outside of the US arrive within 7-10  business days, please allow up to 30 days for delivery depending on the customs within your country. We have no control over customs and can not guarantee the delivery date.

Before reaching out, we encourage you to check around your property as shipping carriers may leave your package in a secure location. Please contact your local post office, they will be able to better assist you. Once a package has left our facility it is the carrier’s responsibility. Tom Bachik is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders

If you would like to modify an order, please reach out to our support team. Orders can not be changed once they have been processed.

To make any changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via 'contact us' form.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes! You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Purchased from the TomBachik.com online store.
  • Unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (#order number)

Please follow the steps below to make a return for your TomBachik.com purchase.

  1. Repack the merchandise in secure packaging and enclose the invoice/receipt in the package.
  2. Ship the package with an insured and traceable delivery method of your choice to the following address.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit pending your card issuer's policies.
